We take pride in providing high-quality snacks and food products. Please read our refund and return policy carefully before making a purchase.


1. Food Item Policy

Due to the nature of our products being food items, strict hygiene and safety regulations apply.
For this reason, we do not accept returns or issue refunds for:

  • Items that have been opened, unsealed, or used in any way.

  • Items that are not in their original condition or packaging.

  • Items reported after 3 (three) calendar days from the date of delivery.


2. Reporting a Return or Refund

If you wish to request a return or refund, you must:

  1. Email or WhatsApp us within 3 days of receiving your parcel.

  2. Provide:

    • Your order number

    • Clear images of the product(s) in question

    • A detailed reason for the request

Failure to submit all the above information within 3 days will result in the request being declined.


3. Return Conditions

  • Only unopened, unused, sealed items are eligible for return.

  • All products must be securely and neatly packaged in a sturdy box to prevent damage during transit.

  • You (the customer) are responsible for arranging and paying the full courier fee for the return.

  • You must be able to print and attach any waybills, shipping labels, or manifests provided by the courier company.

  • Once your return is received, our team will inspect the items.

  • If the products meet the return conditions, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days.

Please note that delivery fees are non-refundable.


4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

In the rare event that your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please notify us within 3 days of delivery with:

  • Clear photos of the outer packaging, inner packaging, and the affected items

  • Your order number and description of the issue

We will review the claim and may offer a replacement, partial refund, or store credit at our discretion and upon return of the items.


5. Exclusions

We cannot accept returns or issue refunds for:

  • Change of mind or taste preference

  • Items that were left unattended (e.g., not collected, delayed at pickup points, or refused at delivery)

  • Products damaged due to improper storage or handling after delivery

  • Items purchased during promotions, clearance, or flash sales


6. Legal Notice

All policies are in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act (CPA) of South Africa, specifically regarding perishable and consumable goods.
We reserve the right to decline a refund or return request if the product condition, timeframe, or return process does not comply with the policy above.
