We ship nationwide using PUDO Locker-to-Door delivery. Please select the correct locker size based on the weight and size of your order.

If your order weighs more than 20kg, please contact us directly so we can arrange a bulk shipping quote with an alternative courier company.

General Shipping Information
We are a discount store, and we work hard to keep our prices as low as possible.
For this reason, we do not offer free shipping under any circumstances.
All orders are shipped using Pudo (The Courier Guy) – Locker to Door.
Please ensure that you select the correct locker size at checkout, as incorrect selection may cause delays.
Order Processing & Payments

Orders begin processing only once payment has cleared in our account.

Proof of Payment (POP) is not accepted due to high levels of fraud.

Orders take up to 4 working days to process before being dispatched.
(Weekends and public holidays are excluded.) -
If payment does not reflect, your order will remain on hold until it clears.
Locker Availability Disclaimer
If Pudo lockers in our area are fully occupied, we will contact you to inform you of the delay.
We cannot be held liable for delays caused by locker unavailability, courier capacity issues, or operational errors on the courier’s side.
Courier Responsibility
Once your parcel is handed over to The Courier Guy / Pudo, it is no longer under our control.
We cannot be held responsible for:

damage caused during transit

delayed delivery
-
lost or stolen parcels
-
courier operational issues
Any claims for loss or damage must be made directly with The Courier Guy / Pudo.
Customer Responsibility
By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree that:

You have selected the correct locker size for your order.

Your delivery address is accurate and complete.
-
You will monitor your parcel using the tracking details provided.

You will be available to receive the parcel at your delivery location.

Courier delays do not qualify for refunds or cancellations once the parcel has shipped.
Order Cancellations
Orders cannot be cancelled once they have begun processing.
If the order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled or refunded.
Returns Due to Failed Delivery
If delivery fails due to incorrect address, unavailability, or customer non-response and the parcel is returned to us:

A reshipping fee will be charged.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.
